Cascades of the Sierra to Hold Open House and Tours

RENO—Cascades of the Sierra, northern Nevada’s newest retirement community, will hold an open house and guided tour session on all Saturdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The 240-apartment, Cascades of the Sierra retirement community is located at 275 Neighborhood Way in Spanish Springs.

Tours will include:

• A review of a range of apartment options available throughout the 240-apartment community, including 11 floor plans for independent living apartments.
• A review of the community’s extensive wellness and health programs, including Cascade Living Group’s unique fitness program called EverFit Club, the community’s 8,000-square-foot fitness center, expansive indoor salt-water swimming pool, outdoor pool lounging area, and full-service salon and spa operated by Avella Salon and Day Spa.
• A tour of the community’s on-site restaurants, including the Fireside Club, Remington’s, and Winchester’s.
• A preview of the community’s extensive cultural and educational programs for residents.
• A tour of the beautiful outdoor grounds and indoor common areas, including a putting green, an outdoor area with cooking facilities, a 50-seat movie theater with stadium seating, library, computer lab and much more.
• A look at some more personal amenities, such as the business center and the Wells Fargo banking branch.

Visitors are welcome to drop by the open house tours, enjoy light refreshments and preview what Cascades of the Sierra has to offer. Tours are also available seven days a week by appointment; please call 775-424-5400.
